It’s time for a reveal.
I’ve chewed on this idea for quite a few time, and I believe that it was about time to release my skills into the open. Until today, only a selected few knew about my superpowers (yes, I really meant to say superpowers), and even those few aren’t quite familiar with all of those superpowers. So this is me, clearing the path to the world. In the next few lines, this is what you are going to read about:

In one word: I am a Multipotencialite

I am curious about the world in every form and shape and that is why, I am drawn to a multitude of fields. I guess am what one may call a Jill of All Trades. I do not see it as a flaw, but as a strength, and my strengths are my superpowers. Let me tell you why.

Idea Synthesis

I am curious about the world in every form and shape and that is why, I aI am able to combine two or more fields of expertise to solve a dilemma and providing innovative solutions. Name the problem, I will probably talk to you about a solution or provide you a solution. I cannot change the course of events, but I have a problem-fixer personality.

Fast Learning and fast skill acquisition

When interest arise, a multipotentialite becomes deeply focused and is not afraid to join a Level 0 program to achieve knowledge at the end of the road, because, that knowledge will most definitely help in a task somewhere in the future. So, potentialites are not afraid of trying new stuff and stepping out of my comfort zone. I most certainly am that person.

Adaptability

Depending on the challenge, I morph into whatever I need to be in a given situation: I can assume a leadership role or integrate a team with the same enthusiasm and dedication. My utmost concern is always the ends meet.

Translating between modes of thought

Sometimes I am one in the team, sometimes I am the whole team! Yes, you read it well. I have that power of organization (I Kanban my life, that’s why) and when the time is of the essence, I become one with your mind to deliver the project from idea to completion.
